Great location for easter holidays, just a few miles away from great attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the free parking at the nearby multi-storey car park, just a short walk away. The room was spotless and spacious, perfect for families.
The temperature in the room was a bit high, a fan would have been nice. , the breakfast options were limited, not many gluten-free options available.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location in the centre of town. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing a warm welcome upon check-in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a comfy bed and even an extra bed for our 15-year-old. The breakfast selection is varied and satisfying, with a great continental spread to choose from.
All aspects of our stay were great, no improvements needed.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, particularly the bath and the unit, which had some drink marks.

Great value for money and excellent location near popular attractions. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection.
The parking was a bit of a walk from the hotel and the drop-off point was not clearly marked. The restaurant staff were not very accommodating and turned away business when there was plenty of room.
